It is an application that allows Lavomatic franchisees to place online orders of the products they need for their respective laundries, as well as the management of possible incidents.
Project summary
This online web application consists of a public part in which Lavomatic franchisees can place online orders of products for their laundries. And on the other hand, they can report any incident that occurs with their machines, and thus enable the visit of a technician, or get the answers online to these incidents.
The system administrator has a control panel where he/she can manage all the orders and incidents received from users.
Thanks to this application, Lavomatic saves communication costs by streamlining the order and incident processes.
